Duties & Responsibilities

  1. Establish a complete HSE system in accordance with laws and regulations and requirements of Oerlikon Group

  1. Set up the company's annual KPI and drive to achieve the target

制定公司年度KPI并推动达成目标

  1. Responsible for the unified arrangement of the department's work, assessment and staff training

负责本部门工作的统一安排，考核和人员培训

  1. Be responsible for receiving inspection and reception of visits from HSE related government departments

负责接待HSE工作相关的政府部门来访的检查和接待

  1. Organize HSE meetings regularly

 定期组织HSE会议

  1. Organize HSE inspection regularly

定期组织HSE检查

  1. HSE legal application for new projects.

新项目安全三同时申请

  1.  Complete HSE related testing, annual inspection and calibration as required by laws and    regulations on time  

             按时完成法律法规要求的HSE有关的检测、年检和校准工作

  1. To organize or participate in HSE emergency rescue exercises of their own units.

组织或者参加本单位的HSE 应急救援演练

  1. Other task assigned by the supervisor and authority.

              领导或者政府安排的其他工作。
