Duties & Responsibilities

1、根据工作计划合理安排设计任务，确保按要求按时保质保量完成；

Arrange the design tasks reasonably according to the work plan, and ensure the tasks completed on time with quality and quantity as required.

2、与项目经理、内部相关部门保持良好配合与沟通，解决各项设计问题；

Maintain good cooperation and communication with project manager and internal departments to solve various design problems

3、对项目实施过程中（生产、安装阶段）遇到的设计问题提供指导意见；

Provide support for design problems encountered in the project implementation process (production, installation stage).

4、不断优化设计，控制设计成本；

Continuously optimize design and control design cost.

5、负责设计文件的技术交底 

Responsible for technical disclosure of design documents

6、完成上级分配的其他工作任务。

Complete other tasks assigned by superiors

Required education, experience, knowledge 

1、教育水平：本科及以上学历 Education Background: Bachelor degree or above                          

2、专业: 机械设计制造相关专业，过程装备与控制工程专业优先  Major: Mechanical Design and Manufacturing related，the process equipment and control engineering is preferred                 

3、英语水平：英语听说读写良好  English Level: Good English in listening, writing, reading and speaking   

4、计算机水平：需要熟练掌握CAD、SolidWorks、ANSYS等绘图及计算软件, 能够进行压力容器的设计、计算、绘图等工具 

     Computer Capacity: Skilled in CAD, Solidworks，ANSYS etc., Capable of pressure vessel design, calculation, drawings work              

5、所需工作经验、年限：具有10年以上的压力容器设计经验，有丰富的反应釜，塔器、换热器、球形储罐、大型立式储罐等设备设计经验者优先‌ 

     Working Experience: 10+ years technology working experience, the experience in reactor, tower, heat exchanger, spherical storage tank, large vertical storage tank etc. equipment design is preferred

6、专业知识与技能：Specialty knowledge & skill

1) 精通国内压力容器设计和制造标准，熟悉压力容器行业ASME、JIS、API、AD2000、PED、EN等标准规范优先  

   Proficient in pressure vessel regulations and standards，Familiar with ASME, JIS, API, AD2000, PED, EN and other standards in pressure vessel industry is preferred

2）熟练掌握机械加工专业理论和知识（材料力学、金属工艺学、机械制图、加工原理、公差配合、标准化等） 

    Basic theory and knowledge of mechanical processing (material mechanics, metal technology, mechanical drawing, processing principle, tolerance matching, standardization)
