We are looking for a Commercial Terms and Pricing Analyst for our Westbury, NY facility. Your role is multifaceted, encompassing the definition of standard contract terms, the standardization of commercial contract terms, and the integration of market intelligence to inform pricing strategies. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the organization's contracts are standardized, competitive, and strategically aligned. Additionally, you will contribute valuable insights to support new pricing concepts and act as a key contact for ad-hoc pricing analysis.

Your Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with legal, sales, and other relevant departments to define and establish standard contract term options and conditions.
• Develop templates and guidelines to streamline the creation of contracts, ensuring alignment with legal and business requirements.
• Commercial Contract Standardization:
• Conduct thorough market intelligence analysis to identify industry trends, competitor practices, and market dynamics.
• Support the development and implementation of new pricing concepts in collaboration with the pricing and sales teams
• Serve as the go-to person for ad-hoc pricing analysis requests, providing insights and recommendations to support decision-making

Your Profile:

• Required education, experience, knowledge:
  • 5 years’ experience in B2B pricing excellence, ideally in comparable industries, potentially also in consulting environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Legal Studies, or a related field of advantage
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Proven experience in contract management, pricing analysis, and market intelligence roles.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess complex pricing structures, contracts, and market data.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on standardization, process improvement, and staying informed about market trends.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities to address complex pricing challenges.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Oerlikon is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position, which is $98,400.00 to $147,600.00 per year. Some positions within Oerlikon may also offer eligibility to participate in a discretionary incentive program. The salary of the finalist(s) selected for the role will be based on a variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, internal equity, job location, work experience, education, training, certifications, licenses, etc. Therefore, as compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each individual, it is likely that not all applicants will be hired at the highest end of the listed compensation range. Our total compensation package goes beyond base compensation and it will include a competitive benefits package starting with 2 weeks paid time off accrued on a monthly basis, 12 holidays, 48 hours personal/sick time (exception for NY where we follow State law,) medical, dental, vision, 401K, holidays, pet insurance and tuition reimbursement all effective day one of hire.
