Junior Accounts Payable Accountant

Junior Accounts Payable Accountant 
 

 

  • Verifying and processing incoming PO and Non-PO invoices, credit notes, and other AP documents

  • Supporting with preparing reconciliation of AP accounts, maintaining and delivering AP reports (Aging, GR/IR, AP Recon)

  • Assisting with preparing and running payment proposals in a timely and accurate manner

  • Supporting with preparing and updating internal processes and manuals (DTP)

  • Maintaining and delivering relevant documents for audit as required, and supporting colleagues with similar requests

  • Supporting Legal Entities, HQ, AP colleagues, and supervisors with ad-hoc tasks

  • Identifying potential process improvements and proposing their implementation

  • Performing other tasks related to the AP process

  • Working in afternoon shift hours, from 12:00 to 20:00
