Operator Blasting
Duties & Responsibilities
- Blasting of substrates, fixtures and machine parts
- Involve in maintenance activities of blasting machines
- Fixture maintenance
- Adherence to all safety requirements
- Ensure all process and activity is done as per QMS & EMS standard
- Maintain safety,5S & discipline within department
- Working for continous improvement & excellence in performance of function
- Oversee failures and Inititate preventive Action and Suggest Improvement Ideas.
- Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any nonconformities relating to the product, process and quality system.
- Stop production incase of non conformities and inform Higher ups.
Required education, experience, knowledge
- ITI .
- Minimum 2 years’ experience
- Customer oriented approach.
- Good communication and skills
- Open and positive mindset
