Machine Operator
Duties & Responsibilities.
- APerform 100% visual inspection of thermal spray coatings (HVOF, Plasma Spray, Cold Spray, Flame Spray, Arc Spray).
- Inspect coated surfaces for defects such as: Cracks , Porosity clusters , Blisters , Unmelted particles , Delamination , Burn marks , Overspray ,Incomplete coverage.
- Check uniformity, surface finish, masking quality, and edge conditions.
- Verify coating coverage areas against drawings and work instructions.
- Ensure grit blasting cleanliness and roughness appearance before spraying.
- Alert supervisors or quality engineers immediately in case of abnormal conditions.
- Ensure inspection status identification (Accepted / Rejected / Hold).
- Adhering to documentation requirements of the QMS
- Follow process as per standards (QMS, EMS, Internal operation standards)
- Communicate to quality engineer in case of issues
- Adhere and ensure everyone in the department follows to all safety requirements
- Involve, suggest and implement HSE ,5S, OOE & Cost reduction plans
- Follow legal regulations for a safe and healthy work space
Required education, experience, knowledge
- Diploma / ITI in science
- Freshers or 1 to 2 years experienced in Quality.
