Booth Operator
Duties & Responsibilities
Implement and follow all HSE and Quality instructions in operations.
Operation and routine maintenance of robot
Operation and maintenance of spray equipment like HVOF, Plasma, Flame spray
Operation and maintenance of gas bank following Oerlikon HSE standards
Maintain hygiene, 5 S and house-keeping in production area
Assist shift leader in daily production activities
Handling and Cleaning of substrates
Fixturing and de-fixturing
Grit Blasting of substrates, fixtures and machine parts
Fixture maintenance - disassemble and assembling
Support application development for new components
Update and Maintain documents and records for production, HSE and Quality.
Required education, experience, knowledge
- Diploma / ITI in science/ engineering.
- 1 to 4 years experienced of working on Thermal Spray machine, operating experience in ABB robot operation for thermal spray.
- English communication skills (Read and write)
- Team player
- Open and positive mindset
