Sr. HR Specialist 
 

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Being capable of effectively research on external labor market and sourcing channels in China, to develop most-fit employer branding strategy and get implemented for OMF China.
  • Being familiar with various talents’ selection tools and recommend proper ones for effectiveness and efficiency.
  • In charge of recruiting process, including communicating with hiring managers on candidate’s profile, posting job ads, screening CV, scheduling interviews, preparing offering, conducting pre-hiring check, to execute HC planning and meet business development needs.
  • In charge of onboarding and orientation process, working closely with line managers to integrate new-hirers and get them started on the job.
  • Partnering OCN business managers on various HR topics from daily job.

Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor degree or above, no limits on major.
  • 6- 8 years gained from manufacturing-based industry, with solid experience and expert knowledge in managing recruiting & employee life-cycle. 
  • Sound communication skills, fluently in English both in oral and written.
  • Structured-thinking, result-driven, with excellent problem analysis and solving capability.
  • Fast learner and can work under pressure
