Production Process Engineer
-Responsible for production tracking, process optimization and improvement during the mass production stage, cost savings, and improving production efficiency and product quality;
-Guide and supervise the process operations on the production line, train production personnel, ensure product quality and production efficiency;
-Write process documents, including operating procedures, process flow diagrams, etc;
-Communicate and coordinate with other departments to ensure the smooth progress of the project;
-Comply with the company's safety, environmental protection, and quality standards to ensure safety and environmental protection during the production process;
-Responsible for collecting and organizing process changes, and continuously improving existing processes.
Job requirements:
-Bachelor's degree or above, major in mechanical engineering, automation or related fields;
-More than 3 years of work experience in the automotive industry, including experience in non-standard automation equipment;
-Familiar with process design, equipment debugging, and production process control, with certain engineering analysis capabilities;
-Have good communication skills and teamwork spirit, and have some project management experience;
-Proficient in using office software such as Word, Excel, Project, etc.
