CSC Application Manager PrC

Duties & Responsibilitie：

• Responsible for overall management project and industrialization, lead the team to conduct feasibility check for incoming opportunities, develop test and sampling concept, execute sampling request, and follow up with sales on sampling results.
• Work closely with sales team and global CSC team on pre-sales assessment, application screening and development, solution generation.
• Manage transfer project from HQ and other global sites, coordinate coating application transfer and support ramp up to serial production.
• Oversee project controlling and manage reporting according to components rules (CRM, Gate-0, etc.).
• Conduct root cause analysis on technical issues related to coating processes and customer applications.
• Ensure Quality Control Plan and Work Instruction readiness for serial production.
• Production process management: support local production team to build up the competence in the process, develop standard process and process control for product launch in other centers.
• Continuously improve product process (efficiency, quality, lead time, handling safety) and process standardization
• Support product management (including new products develop and ramp up and optimization of existing products, etc.).
• Team management, train, and guide subordinates to build an efficient team.

Required education, experience, knowledge ：

• Educational qualification: Master’s degree (or greater) in material engineering or heat treatment of education and at least 5-year related work experience in PVD.
• Demonstrated leadership skills in managing major engineering projects.
• Language: Fluent in both oral and written English
• Good ability of communicating, coordinating, consulting and planning
• Good presentation skill
• Can accept frequent travel
• Process-driven approach to solving challenges.
• Quick learning and team spirit.
• Willing to work under pressure.
