HR Manager Benelux
As part of a long-term replacement (end 2025), we are looking for our next talent to join our BENELUX teams.
The HR Manager Benelux will be responsible for consulting the business in the execution of HR standards, tools & policies and for operations. You will act as a point of contact for HR topics in your area, as well as the execution of the HR processes along the employee lifecycle within the defined scope. The activities need to be aligned with the Global HR policies & procedures.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement structural and cultural concepts for a professional and successful HR organization.
- Lead change initiatives
- Initiate, lead and/ or contribute to improvement projects within the OSS segment as well as across segments.
- Ensure the Talent Acquisition Process (recruitment) including onboarding is carried out according to corporate processes and vacant positions are filled timely according to negotiated agreements with the respective business representatives.
- Manage and maintain trustful and collaborative labor relations.
- Manage relationships and agreements with Works Councils and Unions and ensure alignment with the next level up within the OSS HR Organization; Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to local labour law, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Ensure aligned and effective People Communication
- Consult with Line management and employees, provide HR guidance, resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances.
- Work closely with management and employees as a trusted partner to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention.
- Facilitate Performance Management Process including reporting and data management; Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
- Ensure all employee data are in an accurate, confidential and secure state; ensure headcount and HR reporting are timely and up to date at all times.
- Ensure pension & benefits schemes are administrated, communicated, and aligned with Oerlikon Global policies & procedures.
- Ensure accurate payroll data processing and timely payments to employees.
- Ensure Annual Compensation Review (including the variable payment) is properly defined and reviewed within the given timeframe.
- Roll out new Oerlikon global Programs in the area.
Profile
- Relevant studies (law, social sciences, business administration)
- Several years of experience in multiple areas of HR management including HR partnering on an operational level
- Experience with unions/works councils.
- Several years of project management and leadership experience
- Experience in the areas HR projects, change management, restructuring.
- Very good knowledge of local labour law
- Good knowledge of tax and social insurance law
- Proficient in MS Office
- Dutch and English (B2 – C1) – French is a plus
