Technical Sales Representative

itinerant maintenance technician (sao paulo region) / 70% maintenance and 30% sales

We are looking for a itinerant maintenance technician for our Sao Paulo facility. In this role you will be responsible for Responsible for technical support through installation, cleaning, maintenance, and calibration of machines and equipment in Latin America.

Your Responsibilities:

• Install and test all equipment sold in Latin America.
• Identify opportunities and execute sales of parts, spare parts, updates and upgrades of machines served.
• Train the customer base on the best use of machines and operational functions in general.
• Provide on-site and/or remote support services to customers who have questions or problems using already installed equipment.
• Carry out maintenance, cleaning and calibration services for equipment and peripherals.
• Prospect service opportunities for new customers and increase the customer base served.
• Manage regional customer portfolio.

Your Profile:

• Mechanical, electrical - electronics or similar technician
• English or Spanish languages ​​are a plus
• Equipment maintenance and calibration

Suas Responsabilidades

Desenvolver as tarefas: 

• Efetuar a instalação e teste de todos os equipamentos vendidos na América Latina.
• Identificar oportunidades e executar vendas de partes, peças, sobressalentes, atualizações e upgrade das máquinas servidas.
• Treinar a base de clientes sobre a melhor utilização das máquinas e funções operacionais no geral.
• Apresentar serviço de suporte in-loco e/ou remoto a clientes que tenham dúvidas ou problemas na utilização de equipamentos já instalados.
• Efetuar serviços de manutenção, limpeza e calibração de equipamentos e periféricos.
• Prospectar oportunidade de serviços em novos clientes e aumentar a base de clientes atendidos.
• Gerenciar carteira de clientes regional.

Seu Perfil

• Técnico Mecânico, elétrica - eletrônica ou similar
• Idiomas inglês ou espanhol são um diferencial
• Manutenção e calibração de equipamentos
