Addetto/a Metrologia & Controllo Qualità

ADDETTO/A METROLOGIA & CONTROLLO QUALITA'

DI COSA TI DOVRAI OCCUPARE

Garantire il rilascio di prodotto secondo gli standard e le specifiche dell'azienda eseguendo azioni dirette di controllo preventivo della qualità dei componenti e indirette tramite il monitoraggio dei fornitori ed il controllo degli strumenti di misura.
Dovrai inoltre garantire la disponibilità di componenti alle varie unità produttive in accordo con la supply chain. Infine sarà tuo compito sviluppare programmi CMM per il controllo dei componenti e supportare gli operatori di produzione nei controlli qualità.

PRINCIPALI ATTIVITA' PARTE DEL TUO RUOLO

• Creare e impostare programmi CMM per la misura dei componenti

• Supporto nell'impostazione dei controlli qualità da eseguire in produzione e nella successiva formazione agli operatori
• Controllare la qualità dei componenti

• Redigere report sulle misurazioni

• Fornire supporto ai dipartimenti Qualità / Ingegneria / Produzione.

• Analizzare le materie prime in arrivo eseguendo test di conformità in base alle certificazioni dei fornitori e agli standard interni dell'azienda

• Supporto nell'introduzione di nuovi prodotti: valutare i requisiti di disegno per definire la fattibilità dei controlli con macchine CMM

• Verificare la conformità di tutte le caratteristiche (chimiche, fisiche o meccaniche) relative a prodotti e strumenti e possibili variazioni

• Gestire materiali non conformi

• Impostare i documenti di qualità richiesti

• Effettuare il campionamento di materiale secondo gli standard interni e certificarne l'approvazione

CHI CERCHIAMO

Preferibilmente persone con una formazione di tipo tecnico/meccanica con conoscenza dei principali strumenti di misura per il controllo qualità e almeno una minima esperienza nell'utilizzo e programmazione della macchina ottica VICIVISION.

Gradita conoscenza del software PC-DMIS.

Conoscenza almeno base dell'inglese.
