Ingeniero de Calidad (Producto) 
 

 

We are looking for Quality Coordinator for our Querétaro facility. In this role you will develop and maintain Quality activities for the Querétaro PPD center.  The Quality Coordinator will be involved in resolving customer quality-related issues, providing direction to Quality Engineers, conducting audits, and instructing personnel in the use of problem solving tools.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Receiving-, In Process-and Final Inspection (testing products).
  • Create inspection certificate report according DIN EN 10204 – 3.1.
  • Guardus (inspection plan, measurement equipment, complain, capability).
  • Daily report on scrap (and Weasy booking).
  • Daily, weekly, monthly and yearly gauge calibration.
  • Support audit activities (external/internal), Products and Process audit, Requalification.
  • Support Measurement System Analysis (MSA)
  • Create and submit special deviations for quality issues on incoming parts (CPS)
  • Support to maintain Quality relaxed work instruction (f.e. for measurement equipment in Quality Lab).
  • Support customer quality concerns.
  • Problem solving (Internal and external complaint, quality alert).
  • Lab 5S, support HSE activity.

 

Your Profile:

  • Minimum 2 year degree in Quality, Engineering, or related discipline.
  • Advanced education desirable. Experience substitutes
  • Proven experience with Quality Core Tools
  • 2+ years of experience in a quality engineering role within a manufacturing and/or production environment
  • 2+ years of experience working with quality standards ISO 9001:2015/IATF16949
  • Ability to effectively use problem-solving tools such as Pareto Charts, SPC methodologies, cause and effect diagrams as well as 8D or similar problem solving experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment
  • Proficient using MS Office (i.e., Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Access) is required.
  • Visa is a must.
