HMI/Web Software Engineer
Purpose of the Role:
- Software development for Web based HMI interface for industrial machines, e.g. coaters.
- Software development for common coater tooling, automation, and provisioning.
- Level 3 software support and consultation to global SPCs.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Implementation of various programming languages like Typescript and ideally also at least one backend language C#, Python or Golang.
- Writing Unit-Tests and test automation code on different levels of the testing pyramid.
- Deployment/Commissioning of software on virtual and physical systems.
- Contributing to architecture design discussions.
- Contributing to code-review processes.
- Contributing to documentation and coding-guidelines.
- Support in internal improvement processes to drive automation and adoption of DevSecOps and infrastructure as code.
- Collaborate with external partners.
- 3rd level support.
Your Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Software engineering or similar field.
- Minimum 2-5 years software development experience within an international organization.
- Expert in web-technologies and fluent in at least one of the big frameworks Vue, React or Angular.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
