Job Title: Senior In-House SAP Consultant FTM
Position Summary:
The Senior In-House SAP Consultant FTM Stream Consultant works mainly with stakeholders from the business (Controllers and Financial Accountants) and external parties to define and document business processes and software requirements in the Area of Finance and Controlling.
The Senior FTM Consultant supports, implements, and coordinates Issues, changes, and projects in the FTM environment and the interfacing areas with the ERP System.
Education and Work Experience:
Education:
- Bachelor in Applied Computer Science, Information Technology or similar
- Excellent language skills in English
Work Experience:
- Professional experience in international projects
- Ideally, experience in planning/execution of migration and rollout projects
- Experience with managing external partner
Knowledge & Skills Summary:
- Experience in the SAP value stream FTM (7+ years)
- Very advanced FTM stream knowledge
- End-to-End Process Customizing and Integration
- Experience and a good understanding of related SAP ERP Streams like OTC, PTP, DTS, etc.
- Attendances in Full-Circle Implementations
- Basic knowledge of ABAP is an advantage
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to solve problems
- Can manage clients expectations effectively
- Independence and self-motivation, teamwork and customer orientation
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Analyses and defines solutions within the Incident, Change-, Portfolio- and Project-Process
- Understands the business issues and data challenges
- Suggests areas of improvement
- Leads projects and initiatives in the FTM stream area
- Reviews and edits requirements, specifications, business processes, and recommendations related to the proposed solution
- Develop functional specifications and system design specifications
- Recommends technical solutions
- Cooperating with consultants from other streams such as OTC, PTP and DTS
- Takes responsibilities in the 2nd and 3rd level support
- Contributes to driving Oerlikon into Digitalization
- Managing of the external AMS partner
- Drive for process harmonization and build-up of a global process catalog
