
Operation Analyst- Network Services
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor, manage, and troubleshoot enterprise network infrastructure and services
- Support network implementation, migration, and operational activities
- Handle incidents, service requests, and problem management within defined SLA/OLA timelines
- Provide technical support for routing, switching, wireless, SD-WAN, and network management environments
- Recommend improvements related to redundancy, failover, scalability, and network optimization
- Follow standard operational processes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- Create and maintain operational procedures, escalation matrices, and recovery/restart workflows
- Participate in troubleshooting, reconstruction, and recovery activities during major incidents
- Perform analysis and remediation of hardware, software, and communication failures
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles
- Provide knowledge transfer and technical guidance to team members
- Collaborate effectively with global virtual teams across multiple regions
- Deliver high-quality customer support with strong communication and service orientation.
- Understanding of ITIL framework and hands on experience in ITSM tools (Remedy, Service Now, Jira SM etc) with Incident, Service Request, Problem Management & Change Management processes
- Must Participate in rotational shift support (AMER/APAC/EMEA) & Public Holiday respectively.
- Must Participate in Weekend On-call support (Once in a month)
Experience & Required Technical Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- CCNP certification preferred or equivalent networking qualification
- Minimum 5–6 years of hands-on experience in Network Operations, Support, and Troubleshooting within enterprise environments
- Hands-on experience with Cisco Routing, Switching, and Wireless LAN Controllers
- Experience with Cisco SD-WAN (Viptela) and Cisco SDA (Catalyst Center)
- Strong network troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Experience in network operations and incident management.
Good to have skills
- Knowledge of AWS Networking
- Knowledge of Cisco ISE
- Knowledge of Cisco Meraki solutions
