Education:-     Diploma in Plastic mould Technology/ Tool & Die Making

 

Experience:-   3-5 years experience in Mould Design / Tool Room

 

Job location:-  Pune

Job Profile

 

  • Understanding Mould Design & Concept
  • Design Hot Runner Accessories & Systems
  • Viewing and understanding customers mould data;
  • Interacting with customers to design the system;
  • Designing 3D + 2D system;
  • Sending project files respecting customer time limit;
  • Handling possible changes requested by customers;
  • Scheduling system in production;
  • Interacting with production during construction of the system;

 

Key Points

 

  • Injection Moulding Machine basic knowledge how it works
  • Mould construction and Basic Mould design
  • Plastic Engineering
  • Manufacturing Process
  • Geometrical Dimensions and Tolerances
  • Steel materials + Heater treatment of materials

 

Technical Requirements

 

  • CAD Software
  • Solid Works or others
  • 3D Modelling
  • 2D Drafting

 

Knowledge

 

  • English Language;
  • Mould Design & Mould Making knowledge (Tooling);
  • Solidworks Software knowledge;
  • Main computer abilities

  • Precision, flexibility and problem solving attitude.
