Engineer Change Management
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Coordinate change management process tasks (administrator & managing with other departments (globally))
- Project Management in PROplan
- Create excel tools with (VBA) for reporting
- Manage legacy technical documents (Datasheets, drawings, specifications etc.) according to Metco standard
- Resolve Engineering Change requests globally.
- Implement substitution strategy for end-of-life (EOL) components in coating equipment.
- Master data management in SAP (PDM – e.g. Pronovia)
Required education, experience & knowledge:
- Diploma or above, majored in mechanical, electrical or mechatronics engineering.
- Minimum 5 years work experience with SAP (PDM) – e.g. Pronovia
- Knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic (basic)
- Knowledge about the European electrical / mechanical standards & CE certifications
- Excel - VBA programming & experienced knowledge about features in excel (advanced)
Required skills & expertise:
- Experienced in creating documents and tables with Microsoft office tools
- Teamwork spirit, flexibility, perseverance, open minded
- Customer focus and open for unknown challenges
- Strong communication skills with experience of working in matrix organizations
- Fluent English language (oral and written)
- Willingness to travel worldwide (5 - 10%)
