Education:- Diploma in Plastic mould Technology/ Tool & Die Making (CIPET, IGTR, GTTC, NTTF, CITD)

 

Experience:- 1-2 years experience in Mould Design / Tool Room

 

Job location:- Viman Nagar, Pune.

 

Joining :- Dec 2024 (Pref)

  • Understanding Mould Design & Concept
  • Design Hot Runner Accessories & Systems
  • viewing and understanding customers mould data;
  • interacting with customers to design the system;
  • designing 3D + 2D system;
  • sending project files respecting customer time limit;
  • handling possible changes requested by customers;
  • scheduling system in production;
  • interacting with production during construction of the system;

 

Key Points

 

  • Injection Moulding Machine basic knowledge how it works
  • Mould construction and Basic Mould design
  • Plastic Engineering
  • Manufacturing Process
  • Geometrical Dimensions and Tolerances
  • Steel materials + Heater treatment of materials

 

CAD Software

 

  • Solid Works or others
  • 3D Modelling
  • 2D Drafting

 

Knowledge

 

  •  Mould Design & Mould Making knowledge (Tooling);
  • Solidworks Software knowledge;
  • English Language;
  • Main computer abilities.

 

Personal Profile

 

  • Precision, flexibility and problem solving attitude. 

 

Communication

  • Good English Reading and Wring with proper communication
