- Support the commercial excellence team to build, implement, train and support the CRM strategy meeting the OSS sales process requirements
- Provide and coordinate 1st level support to CRM users globally
- Communicate closely with all involved entities and parties, internal and external and manage tickets
- Establish and monitor policies and procedures managing data including quality and security
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand sales process requirements meeting their needs
- Align and secure integration of all application like ERP, BW, Marketing Automation, etc..
- Collaborate with global key user community and lead feedback initiatives
