Senior Manager Leadership & Culture 
 

 

We are looking for a Senior Manager Leadership & Culture based at our Pfäffikon, Switzerland or Frankfurt, Germany location.

 

In this exciting role, you will enable consistent high performance of individuals and teams at three levels: senior management team; regional and country-level leaders and teams; and mid-manager regional leaders.

 

Your Responsibilities:

  • Workshops and coaching for intact leadership teams (with specific goals such as new leader onboarding, team alignment, and embedding new ways of working)
  • Delivering high-potential development programs, either with external partners or with an internal team of 2-3 facilitators
  • Delivering mid-manager development programs with an internal team
  • Targeted assessment and coaching of individual leaders
  • Career management for high-potential talent pools

 

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, Change Leadership, or related fields
  • A coaching certification is required and specialized certifications like SHRM-SCP (Society for Human Resource Management - Senior Certified Professional), CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development), or HRCI (Human Resources Certification Institute) certifications are advantageous
  • Either deep experience in organizational design and career planning, or deep experience in people assessment and different personality diagnostics techniques
  • Experience in strategic operational HR leadership or senior HRBP roles, managing both operational and cultural aspects of an organization is an advantage
  • Experience with change management and employee engagement strategies as well as performance management and succession planning
  • Track record of fostering a positive workplace culture that aligns with the organization’s values
  • Experience in conducting workshops
  • Ability to travel (depending on place of work approx. 30-50%)
