Senior Manager Executive Reward
We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager Executive Reward for our Headquarters in Pfäffikon SZ. Your main focus is on driving the company’s executive reward programs, as well as serving as the primary expert with regard to external-facing Compensation Governance topics.
Your Responsibilities
- Leads Benchmarking and design of all elements of executive compensation, including equity-based incentives
- Responsible for Executive Case Management and interactions with Oerlikon’s Top Managers regarding their reward matters
- Drives Executive Compensation Related Technology management and development, starting with Oerlikon’s equity administration platform
- Responsible for the annual salary review for Top Managers
- Interfaces with Finance on Equity accounting, valuation, treasury budgeting and accrual topics
- Gaining insights by developing financial models related to Oerlikon’s executive reward programs
- Drives the preparation and drafting of the Annual Remuneration Report for publication, as well as interactions with external experts and providers
- Drives the preparation of binding votes on Executive & Board compensation at Oerlikon’s Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, including interactions with Proxy Advisors
- Supports the Head of Global Rewards in preparing the presentations to the Human Resources Committee of the Board of Directors
- Manages the compensation of the Board of Directors, including cross-border tax & social security questions
Your Profile
- Education in business administration with emphasis on HR or Finance
- Further education in compensation is an advantage
- Experience in international project management
- Knowledge in the Finance and Accounting area specially in financial modelling
- Knowledge in Tax, Legal and Social Security
- Clear, concise communication
- HR Tech savvy
- Knowledge of MS Office, very strong excel skills and general affinity with IT tools
- Fluent in spoken and written English and German
