
Marketing & Communications Coordinator
Join our global Marketing & Communications team in our Headquarters in Pfäffikon SZ (Switzerland) or Garching (Germany) and help drive impactful communications, campaigns, publications and events worldwide. As MarCom Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the function while ensuring the successful coordination of marketing and communication initiatives across the organisation.
Your Responsibilities
- Support the planning, coordination and execution of global Marketing and Communications activities, projects and continuous improvement initiatives
- Prepare and distribute communications materials in German and English, including research and background information on current topics and projects
- Coordinate content collection, publications, translations, reviews, approvals and distribution
- Support the production of corporate publications, including financial reports
- Support the organisation of corporate events, trade shows and internal events, coordinating logistics, suppliers, registrations and exhibition materials
- Provide organisational and administrative support to the Head of Marketing and Communications, including meetings, travel arrangements and departmental activities
- Maintain departmental mailing lists, contact databases and distribution lists
- Support budget tracking, procurement and vendor administration
Your Profile
- Commercial education or a comparable qualification, combined with several years of experience in an assistant, coordination, communications, marketing or administrative role
- Experience working in an international environment; exposure to events, trade shows or communications activities is an advantage
- Excellent organisational, planning and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Structured, pragmatic and service-oriented approach, with strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality results
- Strong interpersonal and intercultural communication skills, paired with a collaborative and professional mindset
- High level of discretion, reliability and integrity
- Fluent written and spoken English and German; French is an advantage
