Responsibilities
- Daily coordination of tasks and priorities within metrology (CMM, GOM, 2D measuring) department
- Knowledge of applied measuring machines
- Providing appropriate qualifications for employees, organizing training courses
- Active participation in the daily work process, such as:
- Preparation and modification of the programs of measuring machines, considering the relevant customer and engineering needs
- Knowledge, creation and maintenance of process descriptions, maintenance instructions and other documentation related to measuring equipment (in TeamCenter)
- Ensures compliance and enforcement of 5S rules
- Active participation in internal, customer and third-party audits
- Contact Dutch colleagues if necessary
- Ensures that all necessary records (data recording) are made in order to provide clear evidence of the operations and activities carried out during the supplier-customer relationship
- Actively participates in the control and operation of the processes related to the MIR-KIR-MEBIR (Q-ESH) system, and, if necessary, formulates proposals for its development
- Monitors prevention and remediation activities
- Protect and manage corporate and customer information and intellectual property against unauthorized use.
- Adhere to and enforce all rules, policies, work instructions and other procedures
- Required to perform other duties if required by direct leader
- Manage or perform correlation and Gage R&R analysis to verify measuring systems
