HR Business Partner 
 

In this role you will provide core HR advisory services across the full employee lifecycle.

Your Responsibilities

• Managing the entire employee's life cycle from on-boarding, internal transfers and off-boarding
• Support Line Manager and employees in HR related matters, coach and advise
• Preparing or updating employment tools related to hiring, transferring and terminating.
• Respond to inquiries from employees related to general HR administrative queries (internal policies, processes and updates of personal information)
• Support HR admin activities
• Collecting and managing the training requests
• Provide in-depth analysis of HR KPIs and functional reporting
• Responsible for dedicated recruiting activities (approx 20%) including profiling, search, interview, negotiate and contract closing in strong collaboration with the Hiring Manager
• Taking over or being involved in HR projects continuing the integration of riri into Oerlikon
• Deputy HR Manager as needed

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, HR or relevant work experience
• Over 5 years of experience in a similar position
• Experienced in fast and agile environment, able to anticipate own decision on business outcome
• Open to learning and embracing change, with a focus on digitalization
• Previous experience in manufacturing company (Fashion is a plus), particularly in a multicultural context, is a strong advantage
• Able to multitasking and working under tight deadlines
• Fluent in English and Italian
• Be pragmatic and hands on
• Strong sensitivity on confidentiality issues
