Vos responsablités / Your responsibilities

• Être un véritable business partner : collaborer et travailler avec les managers, les employés et l’ensemble des parties prenantes (CSE, organismes externes) pour gérer tous les aspects du cycle de vie du collaborateur, du recrutement et de l’intégration au développement et à la fidélisation, pour une population d’environ 100 employés.
• Conduire le changement : accompagner la croissance organisationnelle, la planification des effectifs et les initiatives de conduite du changement.
• Valoriser les talents : attirer, sélectionner et intégrer les talents afin de garantir une main-d’œuvre performante.
• Façonner la culture : promouvoir un environnement de travail positif, inclusif et stimulant où chacun peut s’épanouir.
• Piloter la performance : développer et optimiser les processus de gestion de la performance pour aligner les objectifs des collaborateurs sur ceux de l’entreprise.
• Développer les compétences : piloter les programmes de formation et de développement pour libérer le potentiel et soutenir l’évolution professionnelle.
• Garantir la conformité : élaborer et mettre à jour les politiques et processus RH conformément aux standards globaux et aux réglementations locales.
• Exploiter les données : utiliser les données et analyses RH pour orienter la prise de décision et améliorer continuellement les processus.

• Be a true business partner: Collaborate and work with leaders, employees and all stakeholders (works council, external bodies) to drive all aspects of the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to development and retention for a population of around 100 employees.
• Lead change: Support organizational growth, workforce planning, and change management initiatives.
• Champion talent: Attract, select, and onboard talents to ensure a high-performing workforce.
• Shape culture: Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging workplace where everyone can thrive.
• Drive performance: Drive and enhance performance management processes to align employee goals with company objectives.
• Empower learning: Lead training and development programs that unlock potential and support career growth.
• Ensure compliance: Develop and update HR policies and processes in line with global standards and local regulations.
• Leverage data: Use HR analytics to guide decision-making and continuously improve processes.

Votre profil / Your profile

• Diplôme de niveau Bachelor en Ressources Humaines ou Droit
• Plus de 8 ans d’expérience RH dans un environnement industriel ou de production
• Excellente connaissance du droit du travail français et des bonnes pratiques RH
• Très bonnes compétences en communication, négociation et résolution de problèmes
• Expérience en organisation matricielle et en environnement multiculturel
• Qualités de leadership avec un fort esprit d’équipe et d’autonomisation
• Maîtrise du français et bon niveau d’anglais
• Mobilité pour se rendre sur les différents sites de production
• Excellente maîtrise de MS Office, idéalement SAP SuccessFactors
• Expérience avec des systèmes SIRH (Qualtrics, UKG)
• Aisance dans l’utilisation de l’IA dans la gestion RH au quotidien

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or Legal
• 8+ years of HR experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of french labor law and HR best practices
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Experience in a matrix organization and multicultural environment
• Leadership qualities with a passion for teamwork and empowerment
• Fluency in French and good level of English
• Willingness to travel between production sites
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, ideally SAP Success Factor
• Experience with HRIS systems (Qualtrics, UKG)
• Savy in using AI in everdays HR life
