Process Engineer
We are looking for a Process Engineer to join our team in Limena (PD). The new colleague will be responsible for analyzing production processes to identify actions to optimize operations and plants in terms of efficiency, quality and costs.
The position is based in Limena (PD).
Your Responsibilities
- Participates in new products industrialization in order to equip production process with all tools needed to guarantee expected output in terms of quality, efficiency and costs.
- Analyses and proposed improvement to existing processes, within Lean Production e Industry 4.0 programs.
- Supports production center manager and OOE coordinator to develop and monitor continuous improvement projects with impact on production process.
- Participates in quality circle and contributes through problem-solving tools (Root cause analysis, 5 why’s, etc.) to definitive solutions for non-quality issues.
- Supports Service Engineers and Production Center Managers in maintenance management, and in introduction of TPM.
Your Profile
- Mechanical engineering degree or similar.
- 2-5 years of experience in similar role.
- CAD software.
- Continuous improvement techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving, teamwork, and organizational skills.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
