We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Administration Manager. The ideal candidate will lead the sales administration team, ensuring efficient management of order processing, new customer setup, quotations, pricing strategies, invoicing, and customer portal management. This role includes handling order and pricing issues, providing SAP and systems training, supporting digitalization efforts, and assisting with accounts receivable. The manager demonstrates strong leadership to deliver high-quality support and maintain smooth operations.
Your Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership and Management
- Lead and manage the sales administration team to ensure high performance and professional development.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment.
- Order Processing and Management
- Oversee the efficient processing of sales orders from receipt to delivery.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness in order entry and fulfillment.
- Customer Setup and Management
- Manage the setup of new customer accounts, ensuring all necessary information is accurately recorded.
- Maintain and update customer records in the system.
- Quotations and Pricing Strategies
- Develop and manage pricing strategies to maximize profitability.
- Prepare and review quotations for customers, ensuring competitive and accurate pricing.
- Invoicing and Accounts Receivable
- Oversee the invoicing process to ensure timely and accurate billing.
- Assist with accounts receivable management, including follow-up on outstanding payments.
- Issue Resolution
- Handle and resolve order and pricing issues promptly and effectively.
- Liaise with other departments to address and resolve customer concerns.
- SAP and Systems Training
- Provide training and support to the team on SAP and other relevant systems.
- Ensure the team is proficient in using these systems to perform their duties.
- Digitalization and Process Improvement
- Support digitalization efforts to streamline sales administration processes.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Reporting and Analysis
- Prepare regular reports on sales administration activities and performance.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Customer Support
- Provide high-quality support to customers, addressing their needs and inquiries.
- Ensure a positive customer experience through effective communication and problem-solving
Your Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, finance, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in leading and managing a sales administration or customer service team.
- At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales and pricing strategy, preferably within similar industries.
- Proven experience in collaborating with and supporting various departments within an organization, including Sales, Customer Service, Quotation Department, Finance, Operations, IT, and Human Resources.
- Proficiency with SAP Business Client is preferred.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team, ensuring high performance and effective collaboration.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with various stakeholders and provide clear instructions
- Ability to handle order and pricing issues efficiently and effectively.
- Expertise in SAP and other relevant systems, along with the ability to provide training.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage various responsibilities simultaneously.
- In-depth knowledge of managing order processing, quotations, and invoicing to ensure smooth operations.
- Experience in developing and implementing effective pricing strategies.
- Familiarity with digital tools and processes to support digitalization efforts within the organization.
- Understanding of accounts receivable processes and the ability to assist in managing them.
