In-house Production Center Manager
We are looking for a In-house Production Center Manager to join our team in Bentivoglio (BO). The production unit consists of three people including the Manager, who work closely with our client's production. The resource will be responsible for managing daily production activities assuring the quality and respect of timing of the coating process.
Your Responsibilities
- Management of assigned production team including assigning objectives in line with operational strategies, defining roles, competencies required and training needs, performance evaluation.
- Organize production activities in order to ensure quality of services to the customer.
- Compliance with Quality, Environmental, Safety and Health policies and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure application of technical standards.
- Support Operation Manager in providing and establishing long-term plans for plant improvements, optimization of processes, maintenance of machines and infrastructures.
- Set key performance indicator’s targets to track and improve plant efficiency.
- Establishe a positive work environment that encourages innovation, continuous improvement and adherence to high quality standards.
Your Profile
- Technical diploma.
- Italian mother tongue.
- Good command of English (minimum level B2).
- Leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of surface treatments.
- Project management and lean manufacturing experience.
- Knowledge of the requirements of the EN 9100 standard
