Oerlikon Balzers Canada is seeking an energetic and detail-oriented production worker to join our team in our state-of-the-art center in Guelph, Ontario. The Technician pre-treats a variety of customer products using standardized procedures in preparation for coating. The position requires analytical thinking to oversee and assemble chamber loads based on customer specifications.

Your Responsibilities:
- Perform daily changeover maintenance of pre/post treatment equipment.
- Oversee and assemble chamber loads based on standard procedures and customer specifications.
- Disassembling and reconfiguring the chamber for subsequent loads.
- Continuous visual inspection and handling of customer product with the highest level of care.
- Work with the Quality Coordinator to identify and address quality concerns.
Your Profile:
- Must be hands on and ability to stand and wear PPE wear.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in a production environment.
- Ability to work with hands and be able lift 30 lbs.
