Working Student (gn) - Business Intelligence 
 

 

Your role in our team

  • Support our team in creating and enhancing Power BI reports.
  • Develop or review and optimize data models and DAX measures for reporting dashboards.
  • Design new report pages and improve the functionality and layout of existing dashboards.
  • Automate data updating processes for Power BI reports, integrating multiple data sources such as the Oerlikon Data Platform, MS SharePoint, Smartsheets, and other function-specific applications.
  • Create documentation for Power BI reports, including manuals for the regular updating process of input data.
  • Your contributions will directly impact the efficiency and usability of our business intelligence tools, helping to drive data-driven decision-making within Oerlikon.

 

Your profile

  • Student in IT, Business Informatics, Business Administration or Engineering
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft PowerBI (data modeling, DAX, design of reports)
  • Very confident with MS Office applications
  • Experience with MS Fabric, MS SharePoint and SAP BW will be a plus
  • Confident in written and spoken English, German would be a plus
  • Structured, conscientious way of working, self-reliance and commitment with an eye for the essential and a flair for simple, quick solutions
