What You'll Do
- Perform laboratory testing (e.g., ICP, metallography, hardness, particle size, SEM)
- Prepare and analyze material samples (physical and chemical testing)
- Calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot lab equipment
- Maintain accurate records and controlled lab procedures
- Support ISO/AS9100, Nadcap, and audit requirements
- Assist with new testing methods and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure safe, clean, and organized lab environment
What You Bring
- Diploma/degree in Chemical Technology, Materials Science, or related field
- Hands-on lab experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- Proficient with MS Office; able to learn lab systems
- Team-oriented with strong communication skills
