* Quality Coordinator *
Are you passionate about quality systems, continuous improvements, and ensuring compliance with industry-leading standards?Join our team as a Quality Coordinator and play a key role in maintaining and enhancing our Quality Management System while supporting operational excellence across the organization.
What You'll Do
- Maintain and improve quality management systems in uspport of ISO 9001, AS9100, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, Nadcap and other applicable standards.
- Coordinate internal and external audits and support accreditation activities.
- Lead corrective and preventive action processes, nonconformance management, and customer complaint investigations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on continuous improvement and change management activies.
- Prepare quality reports and support management review process.
- Provide quality control support for finished products and customer compliance requirements.
What We're Looking For
- Degree or Technical Diploma in Science or Engineering.
- Experience implementing and auditing quality systems again international standards.
- Knowledge of Root Cause Analysis, SPC, process mapping, and internal auditing.
- Experience with systems such as SharePOint, Power BI, LIMS, or similar databases is an asset.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectivly across departments.
