
Sale Engineer
- Finding/ approaching new customers, maintaining existing business, developing new business with the PVD coating product lines strategies
- Provide technical support/ consult to Local/ International/ Japanese/Korean customers
- Collect and report on CRM software, the customer, market potential & competitor information
- Reporting sales visits and projects status using corporate CRM software
- Prepare quotations, technical support and monitoring processing like: Sample testing, negotiation.
- Cooperate with other departments in technical, quality and logistical contract negotiations.
- Register, follow up customer complaints and coordinate with other departments in-order to find and agree preventive and corrective actions
- Cooperate in all customers’ promotional events; take part in customer meetings, seminars and exhibitions.
