Key Responsibilities:

• Cost-efficient and on-time procurement of assemblies, parts, and services according to specifications and directives aligned with demand planning.
• Checking order confirmations and initiating appropriate actions in case of discrepancies.
• Monitoring delivery dates and coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
• Actively managing overdue deliveries, outstanding order confirmations, and other follow-ups.
• Managing procurement-related quality/invoice issues, including coordination with suppliers and internal teams.
• Ensuring compliance with purchasing rules, processes, and regulations.
• Identifying and implementing cost-saving opportunities.
• Negotiating and distributing requests for quotations and preparing results for further processing.
• Participating in process-related projects and creating tickets as necessary.
• Responsibility for creating and maintaining master data in SAP, such as material masters, info records, and source lists.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree of technical or business education with additional professional training in Purchasing or Supply Chain Management.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant industry and job-specific experience.
• Experience in purchasing technical products is a strong advantage.
• Proficient user of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Teams).
• Extensive experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.

Language Skills:

• English and Hungarian: Proficient in both professional correspondence and conversational use.
• German an advantage

Personal Attributes:

• Competent and professional demeanour.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Assertive with the ability to negotiate and influence effectively.
