Manufacturing Engineer

Manufacturing Engineer 
 

 

NPI ENGINEER

Duties & Responsibilities

 

  • Manage the allocated project through structured gated process from concept/quotation to production handover.
  • Carry out product testing and validation for new/existing manufacturing processes to meet customer requirements.
  • Preparation of Control documents/work instructions and provide technical support to production departments when necessary.
  • Support special process qualifications
  • Generate and issue Aerospace-confirm First Article Inspection Reports and manage PPAP elements
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Create MSA studies, initial process & manufacturing capability studies

 

Required education, experience, knowledge  

 

  • engineering discipline (preferably Aerospace or Manufacturing)
  • At least 3+ years' experience in Engineering and/or Manufacturing role is preferred.

 

Required skills & expertise

 

  • knowledge of manufacturing, machining and assembly procedures, methods and the necessary equipment
  • Able to read and interpret drawings and technical specifications
  • Excellently organized, self-motivated individual
  • Able to work independently
  • Able to adapt easily to changing circumstances
  • Personality oriented towards systems and continuous development
  • Team player personality
  • Hungarian and English language knowledge - good verbal and written communication skills .
