CMM Technician - Duties & Responsibilities

Thorough knowledge of the coordinate measuring machines usage, organization of trainings for other colleagues

Preparing and modifying the programs of the measuring machines, considering the relevant customer and engineering requirements
-
Knowledge of process descriptions, maintenance instructions and other documentation related to measuring machines, and if necessary, create and maintain them (in TeamCenter)
-
Tasks are performed in accordance with internal and external procedures (QAPs, PIs, WIs) or as directed by the manager.

Required to perform other duties if required by direct leader

With Dutch colleagues for trainings and professional support

With the direct leader regarding the necessary developments and trainings

With the direct leader regarding the priorities

He actively participates in the control and operation of the processes related to the MIR-KIR-MEBIR (Q-ESH) system, and, if necessary, formulates proposals for its development.

Maintaining of the program storing / archiving
-
Escalation in timely manner in case of high risk
-
Work in accordance with safety regulations and use of the required safety equipment

Protect and manage corporate and customer information and intellectual property against unauthorized use
Required skills & expertise

Knowledge of the measuring processes

Understand the requirements of quality assurance systems

Basic English language skills
