Business Development Manager 
 

Duties / Responsibilities:

• Research, analyze the SEA markets trends and OEM, Tier1 strategies related to the company’s portfolio
• Define and acquire new customers by developing new business opportunities aligned with the Surface Solutions product line strategies and the HRSFlow hot runner portfolio
• Support the management in the definition of the strategic initiatives related to market and business trends
• Ensuring recurrent visits to customers in order to:
  • Scout future projects in order to introduce the Company as a potential supplier
  • Visit Project Managers in charge of modifying  /adding technical specifications to their drawings
  • Provide pre- and post-sales support to local and international customers by providing feasibility evaluation and define alternatives solutions to satisfy customer needs.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to provide quotation and follow up sales enquiries; open orders; open billings, technical tests results.
• Plan, prepare and conduct all commercial contract negotiations and confidentiality agreements with customers
• Define, organize, participate in customer promotional events with the local and global sales team; join customer meetings, seminars, associations and exhibitions to promote and ensure company’s branding and overall interests
• Ensure the definition, realization and reporting of an accurate annual sales plan
• Review and report the status of all sales activities in CRM and follow-up of international project management
• Analyze and solve possible commercial, financial or technical critical situations with Key Accounts
• Handling of complex tasks related to Key Accounts on demand
