As our Senior In-House SAP Consultant, you will be a key member of our global SAP team, responsible for designing, implementing, support and continuously improving SAP solutions across Procurement, Warehouse Management, and Inventory Management. Leveraging your expertise in SAP Materials Management (MM) and Warehouse Management (WM), you'll collaborate with business stakeholders, Global Key Users, and external partners to deliver innovative, high-quality solutions that support our global operations.

Your Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Play an active role in our global SAP S/4HANA transformation program.
• Design, configure, and implement SAP MM and WM solutions aligned with business requirements and SAP best practices.
• Analyze business processes, gather requirements, and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
• Partner with Procurement, Supply Chain, Purchasing Leads, and Global Key Users to identify opportunities for process improvements and digitalization.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional SAP teams, including Order-to-Cash (OTC), Demand-to-Supply (DTS), and Finance-to-Manage (FTM), to ensure seamless end-to-end process integration.
• Lead workshops, blueprint sessions, solution demonstrations, user acceptance testing (SIT/UAT), and end-user training.
• Review, validate, and support custom developments to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
• Work closely with ABAP developers on enhancements, reports, interfaces, BAPIs, BADIs, user exits, and technical improvements.
• Support the complete project lifecycle, from solution design and configuration through testing, deployment, cutover, and hypercare.
• Analyze and resolve incidents, identify root causes, and implement sustainable solutions for change requests.
• Prepare and maintain functional documentation, system specifications, and solution designs.
• Provide reliable 2nd and 3rd level application support to ensure stable and efficient business operations.

Your Profile

Ideally, you have:

• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of hands-on experience as an SAP MM and WM Consultant.
• Strong expertise in Procure-to-Pay processes, including Purchasing, Inventory Management, Material Master, Vendor Master, and Warehouse Management.
• Solid knowledge of SAP WM configuration, warehouse structures, putaway and picking strategies, batch management, and inventory processes.
• Experience delivering full lifecycle SAP implementation projects.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into effective SAP solutions.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

The gross annual salary foreseen for the role ranges between € 45.000 and € 60.000. The final remuneration package will be determined on the basis of predefined, fair, and gender-neutral criteria, including professional experience, relevant experience in the specific role, educational background, technical expertise, and soft skills.
