Software Solution Architect (gn)
Innovate, Implement, Inspire: Shape the Future as a Software Solution Architect at Oerlikon!

 

Join Oerlikon as a Software Solution Architect, where you'll drive innovation by evaluating and enhancing existing systems, developing conceptual proposals, and supporting their implementation. Your role includes creating prototypes, overseeing execution, and effectively communicating ideas through visual models and presentations.

 

Your Tasks

  • Challenge the Status Quo: Evaluate and enhance current systems to drive innovation.
  • Conceptual Proposals: Develop and present improvement strategies for existing implementations.
  • Practical Implementation: Translate concepts into actionable steps and support their execution.
  • Review and Support: Oversee and assist in the implementation process, ensuring quality and efficiency.
  • Prototype Development: Create and test prototypes to validate new ideas.
  • Visual Communication: Produce conceptual models, drawings, and presentations to convey your ideas effectively.

 

Your Profile

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Professional Experience: Over 6 years of hands-on experience in software development projects, with at least 2 years as a software architect.
  • Technical Expertise: Extensive knowledge of various relevant technologies and a strong foundation in software engineering principles.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong command of English.
  • Innovative Mindset: A proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for challenging the status quo.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and support colleagues in implementation activities.
