Your Responsibilities

 

  • Lead the product strategy development and the implementation of the product portfolio 
  • Monitor, benchmark, develop product/market/segment opportunities
  • Ensure a strong USP, value-based/competitive pricing as well as product competitiveness
  • Define and manage product lifecycle containing product development, go-to-market strategy
  • Coordinate business support for countries/regions as required
  • Support interactions between global and local functions to turn R&D projects into successful products in the market 
  • Global key account management of selected accounts

 

 

Your Profile

 

  • University degree in technology (materials science or similar)
  • Several years of experience in surface technology is beneficial
  • Strong understanding of medical technologies and market trends is preferred
  • Experience in managing technical products and product portfolios in a global matrix organization servicing a global market/customer base in a B2B environment
  • Sales experience of high-tech products is a clear benefit
  • Experience with alternative and digital business models beneficial
  • Language: English (fluent; must), German preferred
  • Flexibility to travel (approx. up to 30%)
