Your Responsibilities
- Define and manage product and technology roadmaps in close collaboration with Product Line Tools
- Oversee the innovation portfolio, including budget, timing, and quality, and ensure smooth project execution and market introduction
- Lead and develop a high-performing team with an open, inclusive culture
- Take full responsibility for team performance and foster individual career development
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and academic partners
- Represent Oerlikon at scientific conferences and industry events
- Coach and guide effective execution of R&D projects, ensuring transparency and efficiency
