Front End Technical Lead (gn)
Your Responsibilities
- Lead a newly formed team to develop the next-generation user interface for the machinery industry
- Transform concepts into actionable plans, allocate work packages, and monitor progress with a secure-by-design approach while minimizing technical debt
- Drive digitalization initiatives and introduce modern processes and tools
- Ensure effective adoption of CI/CD technologies and implement automated testing practices
- Modernize components and libraries in existing code repositories using technologies such as React with TypeScript, C#, Python, Rust, and more
Your Profile
- Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience
- Strong background in solution and software architecture, software engineering, and project management
- Ability to challenge the status quo and develop innovative ideas
- Passion for process optimization and automation
- Interest and potential for future team growth and leadership responsibilities
- Excellent conceptual and analytical skills to communicate complex topics clearly and effectively
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
- Fluent in English; German is an advantage
