
Application Lab Intern, Hydrogen (gn)
To support our Electrochemical Cell Lab in Balzers/Liechtenstein we are looking for an intern 100% (neutral gender) for 6 months to start upon agreement.
Your tasks
- Literature and internet research in the field of water electrolysis
- Adaptation of electrochemical test benches and test methods
- Performing and analysis of electrochemical measurements
- Investigate and report KPIs of electrochemical catalysis behavior in relevant conditions, analyze electrochemical data to understand fundamental thermodynamic and kinetic parameters driving performance
- Support R&D projects with electrochemical services
Your profile
- You are currently in a bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrochemical engineering, physics, chemistry, material sciences, mechanical engineering or similar (a valid matriculation is required)
- Strong understanding of fundamental electrochemical principles, including electrode reactions, electrolyte properties, and energy conversion.
- Prior lab experience in electrochemistry or related research projects; experience with electrochemical cells, especially electrolysers, is a plus
