Engineer - Sales & marketing
Roles and Responsibilities :-
- Identify and develop new customers for Oerlikon surface solutions.
- Drive new application development and coating trials.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular customer visits and after-sales support.
- Demonstrate coating benefits through technical presentations, testing, and cost-benefit analysis.
- Organize customer seminars, product demonstrations, and promotional activities.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, including customer visits, opportunities, forecasts, complaints, and business plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver excellent customer experience.
Required Education, Experience and Flexibility:
• B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (Graduate Engineer)
• 4–5 years of experience in industrial/technical sales.
• Preferred industry background: Cutting Tools, Precision Tooling, Surface Coatings, or Manufacturing Industry.
• Strong communication, technical selling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-driven, customer-focused, and willing to travel extensively.
