Customer Care Representative
We are looking for a Customer Care Representative for our Agawam, MA facility. In this role you will be able to work with all levels of an organization; he/she must be well organized; be able to understand the SAP computer program thoroughly; work well with customers; have excellent communication skills and must be able to multi-task. This position will report directly to Center Management on delivery reports and daily commitments. This person will provide advanced notification to select customers on priority orders and must communicate with Salesman on customer activity.

Your Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls, emails and returning all inquiries
- Daily interaction with customers
- Research, data collection, data entry, and analysis
- Providing proactive notification of late deliveries
- Coordinate van pick up schedules
- Work with Center Management on:
- Customer commitments
- Coating schedule
- WIP Report
- Priority orders
- Other duties as assigned
Your Profile:
- Attention to detail
- Possess the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Reliable, self-motivated, and willing to learn
- Able to communicate effectively with open, honest, and respectfully written and verbal communication
- Create and sustain positive working relationships with peers, managers, and customers
- 2 years of Customer Service experience preferred
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office software
- Familiarity with SAP is a plus
